This exposure group is designed to support children with OCD in gradually facing their fears in a safe, supportive environment. Through evidence-based exposure and response prevention (ERP) activities, participants build confidence, learn coping strategies, and reduce compulsive behaviors over time. This group helps kids feel less alone by connecting with others who understand what they’re going through, all while practicing skills together in a supportive space.

Social Skills Group
Children will learn skills to make and maintain friendships, practice, flexibility and develop confidence navigating social situations! Group is an ideal add-on for children already engaged in individual therapy who would benefit from more social practice. This group is for children ages 6-10.

Early Childhood Parenting Strategies
The internet is filled with information about how to raise a healthy, confident child - we're here to support you in navigating the endless parenting advice and to find skills that work for your family and your child. Build up your parenting toolkit with evidence-based strategies to address tantrums and manage fears and worries. This group is ideal for parents of children ages 2-5 years old.
Group provides education about child behavior and anxiety and provides parents with everyday skills that will help your child thrive.

SPACE Group for Parents of Anxious Youth
Child anxiety affects the whole family and parents can play an integral role in treatment. Group follows the SPACE protocol, an evidence-based treatment for child anxiety, OCD and related difficulties, that is all about empowering parents with skills and tools to help your child overcome their fears.
Group is skills-based and practical. Parents learn skills, practice implementing on a weekly basis and develop a new consistent response pattern to their child's anxiety.
