How can we help?
Mission
We are committed to helping young people conquer their fears and get back to living their lives.
WholeMind Psychology is a practice founded by Dr. Rachel Shelley that aims to empower children and parents with skills to boss back their fears and grow in their confidence. We are here to celebrate strengths, address difficulties and build coping skills to thrive.
The WholeMind Method
Comprehensive Assessment
Accurate diagnosis informs treatment. Our clinicians conduct thorough evaluations with tools backed by research to understand symptoms that will inform a treatment plan.
Personalized Treatment
Not all “therapy” is equal. We utilize practical approaches that are consistently shown in research to be effective. We personalize science-backed treatments to best meet your needs. Some approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent management training (PMT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and exposure response prevention (ERP).
Expert Clinicians
Our team members have pursued rigorous training in the gold standard assessments and treatments for anxiety, OCD, behavioral disorders, and parenting interventions. We are driven by a desire to support young people in beating their anxiety and developing lifelong coping skills to handle whatever life throws at them.
Track Progress
We do not just assume treatment is working. We are results-driven. Ongoing use of technology helps us set objective goals and track objective progress along the way. Parents play an active role in treatment and are kept in the loop about their child's progress.
Modern Experience
Gone are the days of paper forms and boring worksheets. We are modernizing your therapy experience with the use of technological advancements. Get started with virtual reality and cutting-edge apps to enhance outcomes.

Yes! Our clinicians are specifically trained in parenting interventions for anxiety, OCD and behavioral problems that only involve parents! We provide a treatment called Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and various other parenting services that can reduce difficulties without your child ever stepping foot in our offices.
Treatment duration, frequency of sessions and type of treatment is fully individualized to your child depending on diagnosis and severity of symptoms. Following the initial evaluation, we will collaboratively discuss our treatment recommendations and frequency of sessions. As treatment progresses, we can adjust accordingly to best meet current needs. We strongly believe that therapy is not a forever process, and our goal is to work together to get your child back to childhood.
Yes! We believe that we are stronger together. With parental permission, we will collaborate with external providers to best support your child. This may include psychiatrists, school observations or consultation, OT, speech therapists, executive functioning coaches, and/or pediatricians.
In order for our clinicians to best treat your child, our initial evaluation is required to understand their current symptoms and treatment goals. It will lay the groundwork for the therapeutic process.

We do not offer a sliding scale at this time. Our fee structure ranges depending on clinician and level of experience.
